Dakini Movement has been an empowering work out for me over the years. The pole fitness classes are challenging but I keep moving and stay postive if I don’t get a new move. I find more strength and confidence with each class. The instructors are all wonderful and encouraging, Dakini Forever!

I can’t say enough great things about Dakini Studio! If you are interested, but hesitant or not sure, DON’T BE!!! You will be welcomed in with open arms. The classes are fun and the staff is amazing! The classmates are also truly awesome as well all with different skill levels and ages. Today after class we celebrated one of our classmates birthday and we had so much fun eating delicious food, drinks and best yet, just hanging out together. So stop procrastinating or making nonsense excuses, because once you do it you will wish you should have done it sooner!!!
