Got a trick you want to learn? Did you see something cool on Instagram? Pole Tech is an intermediate to advanced level pole class focusing purely on technique. We introduce different spins, climbs, inversions, and balance tricks in each class, and movements are broken down systematically to help the trick become part of your muscle memory. We highly recommend having a good understanding of climbing and the ability to hold your body weight off the floor for a period of time.
Pole Zoo is a 90-minute class that includes a little bit of everything – pole tricks, floorwork, movement, conditioning, deep stretching, and more! Every class is different, and beginners are welcome. See what’s possible on your pole journey!
Ready to sweat? Conditioning is a high-energy workout designed to build your endurance and keep you breathing throughout a long pole routine. As you build on basic pole tricks, you’ll find that you can accomplish bigger and more complex moves. Even if it is not about the pole, Conditioning is an intensely fun workout in a supportive environment.
A 1-hour deep stretch and muscle conditioning class focusing on specific muscle groups to increase flexibility for splits and backbends. Don’t worry; this class is for everyone because you work at your own pace! It is the healthiest way to gain flexibility, especially for older students.
